3D Product Catalog Modeling
Completed comprehensive 3D modeling project for Wisetec’s entire product catalog, encompassing over 100 complex products. Created detailed SolidWorks models and drawings featuring intricate geometries and assemblies, establishing a digital library that streamlined design iterations, customer communications, and manufacturing documentation.
WTDM-550 Assembly Jig
Identified and solved a critical manufacturing problem in the assembly process of the WTDM-550 Model. The product’s complex geometry and uneven surfaces created significant challenges for technicians during screw and feature assembly. Designed and implemented a modular assembly jig system that allowed multiple units to be lined up for efficient batch processing, dramatically improving assembly speed and consistency.
Multi-Sensor Testing Jig
Developed an ergonomic standing test fixture to streamline quality control processes for sensor integrity testing. The jig enabled technicians to efficiently monitor multiple sensor readings simultaneously while maintaining proper testing positions, reducing fatigue and improving measurement accuracy across high-volume production runs.
